Commercial refrigeration is a cold storage system used in commercial environments. Display cases: The majority of distributors and manufacturers offer display cases that come in different styles and designs. Display cases are usually used in convenience stores since these types of commercial refrigeration are designed to show products in their best light. One compartment usually holds frozen items, while the other is the dispenser or the refrigerator component that reaches out and delivers cooled liquids directly to food items being processed. Reach-ins can be used to store cold storage equipment like subzero freezers, ice makers, and food chiller system.
