Accounting for Small Businesses: 3 Reasons Why Accounting is Not enough

This article examines the issues surrounding the accounting preparation for small businesses and their examination by UK GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). The proposed model is based on the notion that all business activity is reported in financial reports. One benefit of employing the hypothetical example method is that it allows to provide a realistic description of the day-to-day operations that will be carried out. SME owners should be aware of this possibility when preparing annual tax returns.
